What will we do for you:

Please find following the steps to request app installation service from our technical staff:
1. Create a staff member to access your shop backend.
The first step is creating a staff member for us, so we can access your Shopify admin. You can remove this staff member once the app is successfully installed on your Shopify website.
From your Shopify admin, click Settings and then click Plan and permissions or Account.
In the Staff section of Permissions, click Add staff.
Fill the email box with firstname.lastname@example.org,
Unchecked the checkbox This staff account will have full permissions. Select the following permission:

Click the 'Send invite' button to complete this step.
2. Submit the Customify contact form
From the Customify app backend, click the 'Support' button. It's on the right top corner of the page.
In the contact form, choose 'Free installation service' in the inquiry type.
Ensure all the fields are filled correctly. Click the 'Submit request' button to send the installation request. Our technical support team will immediately process your request as soon as possible and will contact you once the installation is done.
